"этот" и "тот"Местоимения this (мн.ч. - these) и that (мн.ч. - those) относятся к указательным местоимениям. Эти местоимения могут выступать как прилагательные или существительные.1) В общем случае местоимение this указывает на большую приближенность соответствующего предмета к говорящему, чем местоимение that, что в целом соответствует смысловому различию между словами "этот" и "тот". В частности, близость - удаленность может проявляться на следующих уровнях:а) Пространственная близость: this указывает на близость к говорящему, that - на большую удаленность от говорящего или отсутствие в момент речи.room is a dining-room, and that room is a sitting-room — Эта комната - столовая, а та комната - гостиная ( говорящий находится в столовой)б) Временная близость: this употребляется, если речь идет о событиях, которые происходят в данный момент или должны вскоре случиться, а that используется при упоминании уже закончившихся событий.I like this music — Мне нравится эта музыка ( во время исполнения музыки)
